Career and Entrepreneurship Division was established to coordinate and facilitate graduate employability and entrepreneurship programmes involving UniMAP students and graduates. The focuses are two folds – to ensure all UniMAP academic programmes achieved the intended performance indicators in terms of Graduate Employability (GE) and to equip UniMAP students with necessary entrepreneurship skills and exposures so that they could be job initiators after they graduate.
In order to plan and execute initiatives for UniMAP GE and entrepreneurship, Career and Entrepreneurship Division is constantly interacting with Academic Faculties, Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE), Industries including Multi-National Companies (MNC), Government-Linked Companies (GLC), Small and Medium Entreprise (SME), Ministries of Human Resource (MoHR), training providers and other universities. Additionally, Career and Entrepreneurship Division also centrally manages GE and entrepreneurship record, data and reports for the purpose of continuous improvement, benchmarking and performance evaluation for UniMAP 2025 IMPAK, Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Ranking, Time Higher Education World University Ranking and others.
