1. Started with the establishment of the Industrial Cooperation Center (CIC) in January 2003 at the Kubang Elephant KUKUM Campus.

2. Beginning 2012 with the expansion of the activities of the government agency (NCIA-SNUCOE) the CIGC was rebranded as the CIGC to include the government element.

3. Beginning May 15, 2020 CIGC is divided into two sections, including the Industry & Government Cooperation Division (BKIAK).
